3、锅内倒水,将水烧开。倒入鸡肉稍微汆烫一下,鸡肉表面变色后就可以捞出了。鸡肉焯好水后将甲鱼倒入锅内也稍微焯一下水,然后用清水清洗干净表面的浮沫。
