My latest job hunting experience was a position at the Centrelink call centre. I passed the telephone screening, passed the group assessment, passed the personality and computer testingand was finally invited for a one on one chat. I was feeling very positive as interview went really well and there were numerous jobs available. One week later and received phone call from recruitment agency and told that I did not get the job. I sought feedback on this decision but was informed that no individual feedback would be given. I was rather shocked at that after going all the way into the city for 2 interviews and they won’t give me any feedback. Why did they call me to the final stage if they were never going to hire me? I’m very sad and dissapointed. It ruined my weekend.
