晕，楼上的都回答的不错，对点错点。
1.He doesn't think his sister will come tonight,___ _____?
答案：will，he。你记住think believe这种表示猜想的词跟的定语从句是反意后面的从句，就是，你只要看见think believe就直接反后面的就行了！
2、和第一题一个样。答案：will she.
3、I think the old ship is unable to hold more than 500 people,____ ______? 答案：isn't it。unable是不会的，相当于否定，和is连起来相当于isn't。就是说遇到否定意思的词语，在反义时就要正义过来。

1 可能是will she我记得think believe这种表示猜想的词跟的定语从句是反意后面的从句，就是指He doesn't think his sister will come tonight改成He thinks his sister won't come tonight然后再反意后面就行了
2 可能是will she 上同
3 可能是isn't it？因为基本与上同，但是unable不代表反意，所以不用去再反一下，直接将is改成isn't就行了～
4 应该是did he?had在这里是用作动词，是has的过去式，而不是用作助动词，所以反意疑问句不用had答
5 will you？因为do在句首只是表强调，没有意义，主句是后面的come in please，这是个祈使句，祈使句中除了let's用shall we回答以为，其他都用will you，不用考虑是否反意！

这三题都是以think为谓语动词的宾语从句，这中句型的否定要前移，即真正的否定是在后面的从句will这里，而这种句型的反意疑问应根据后面的从句来判定，所以根据反意疑问句前肯后否，前否后肯的规律得出答案．
4.Tom hadn't any brothers, did he?
hadn't在这里是实意动词而不是助动词，且为过去式，所以答案是did he．
5.Do come in please,won't you ?
祈使句的时态都表示将来时，且祈使句都省略了主语you，所以肯定祈使句的反意疑问won't you ，反之用will you．
