我的时间是你的时间的2倍比例。用公式表达出来还是翻译出来，你问题都不详细哦。用公式的话，可以设我的时间为a，你的时间为b，那么我的时间是你的时间的两倍，就可以表示为a=2b。
那如果是翻译为英文，① He spends more than twice the amount of time teaching English as I spend learning it.② The time he spends teaching English is twice the amount I spend learning it. 可以这样翻译啊。不过不知道你要想哪种，或许两种都不是你想要的。

一般一倍就是说the same as
两倍或多倍说 two times of ...
several times of ....

不会，还是1小时的3倍，3倍完了之后变成2倍，不过你那个2倍和3倍时间是同步走的，3倍完了2倍也用了快一小时了吧
