Whenever I started to speak English, I reminded myself the difference beeen “night” and “light”. At first I felt it rather unnatural, but as I went on I was gradually accustomed to speaking in this way. As for my wretched memory, I gave up mechanical memorization and tried many other new ways. At last I found a most efficient way for me: memorizing English words by their stems and affixes. This is how I have overe some difficulties in learning English.

Last summer holiday, I learned to swim. It was very unfettable and interesting. I went to the swimming pool with my father. He taught me how to swim. At first, I was afraid of diving in the water. And I felt unfortable in the water. But father said it doesn't matter and he would protect me. Then I began to swim, but I couldn't swim forward at all. It made me upset. Then father told me how to move, how to stretch out my hands and legs. Slowly, I could move a little. In fact, it was not that easy. I learned it for almost half a month. I was excited when father told me I made it.

”我可高兴了，又剥开了第二个，当我剥到第四个的时候母鸡回来了，看见我正在“欺负”蛇的小宝宝就猛琢了我一口，顿时鲜血流了出来，我哭哭啼啼地去找大姨，大姨并没说我，反而哭笑不得地说：“小傻瓜，鸡要到一定时候才会出生呢！你这样给它们接生，会死的。
”我听完，赶忙跑看小鸡，果然刚刚被我“接生”的小鸡都快死了，而没被我“接生”的都活了下来。
我后悔极了，但一切都晚了……虽然这件事过去很久了，虽然那里我还年幼无知，但这件事一直鞭策着我，让我勇往直前，永不后退。
童年，是欢乐的海洋。
在回忆的海边，有无数的贝壳，有灰暗的，勾起一段伤心的往事；有灿烂的，使人想起童年趣事。
我在那回忆的海岸，寻觅着最美丽的贝壳，啊，找到了……那时，我才六岁，是对过生日情有独钟的年龄。

我咬了一大口，啊，真是美味啊！姐姐突然笑了，这笑让我莫名其妙，一照镜子，呵，我把一块奶油蹭在了鼻子上，活像一个小丑！自己也忍不住笑了起来。
姐姐不爱吃奶油，正想着怎么办，忽然看见我鼻子上的奶油，眼睛猛一亮，笑眯眯地说“妹妹，过来！”我想都没想，大步跨了过去。
姐姐让我坐下，只见她端来一个盘子，里面有我爱吃的奶油，我以为她要给我吃，赶快张大了嘴。
“啪”，一块凉凉的东西贴在了我的脑门上，接着是脸，下巴，我知道是奶油，便伸长了舌头去舔，却听见了一阵大笑。
去镜子前一看，哈！镜子里出现了一只小花猫！满脸的奶油，东一块，西一块。
我的脸被这种“高级”化妆品涂的好似京剧脸谱一般。
不，京剧脸谱的颜色没这么单一，纯白的奶油在镜子里好像小花猫的毛，我舔奶油，何不像一只馋猫！我也笑了，笑得上气不接下气。
我，摇身一变，竟变成了一只馋嘴的小花猫！童年趣事，件件都像一枚五彩的贝壳，这些五彩的贝壳，托起了我五彩的童年！小时侯的我特别的调皮捣蛋，下面我就给大家讲一讲我童年的一件趣事。
记得有一次回家，我看到爸爸正躺在床上睡觉，于是我的小脑袋里便突然冒出了一个“坏”念头，就是画“脸谱”，当然不是在纸上画，而是-----在爸爸的脸上画，我先找出颜料、笔和水，随后我在爸爸的额上小心翼翼的画上了一个大大的“王”字，再用土黄色在爸爸脸的四周画上一堆金灿灿的斑纹，这样就是一只威风十足的老虎了，画完之后我一边为自己的“杰作”感到高兴也一边为爸爸的脸被我画成这样感到惋惜，因为爸爸那张漂亮的脸被我画成这样真是可惜。
正在我高兴的看着自己的“杰作”的时候，突然爸爸醒了过来，看着他一脸茫然的样子，我哈哈大笑起来，爸爸莫名其妙的看看我，当他看到满地的水彩颜料和水，看着我那不怀好意的笑，爸爸连忙跑到卫生间去照镜子，当他发现自己的脸上已经被我画成一道一道的时候，他也顾不得脸上有水彩颜料，就飞快的跑进屋，抓起我就是一顿乱打，打的我是咕呱乱叫，虽然这件事已经过去很久了；但是我仍记忆犹心。
你看！我小时侯多调皮呀！直到现在想起来都觉得有趣呢！每个人的童年中都有许许多多有趣的事，我当然也不例外，下面我就给大家讲一个在我童年中一件有趣的事情吧。
那是一个炎热的夏天，我在姥姥家玩，姥姥家住农村，她养了很多鸡。
有一天，姥姥、舅舅、姥爷出去玩把我一个人扔在家，我很生气，心想，他们怎么这样，出去也不带我。
在屋里闲着没事干，便想去鸡舍中，看看那些鸡在干什么。
