不知道你的意思是对过新年的计划 还是对新一年的计划，所以写了两份。
New year plan
In China, the new year is a very important Festival. I am very happy new year is just around the corner. So I want to develop a new plan.

New Year's Resolution
Time goes by,and i am older.New year is coming,and i have made a lot of resolution.For example,i am planing to study hard and exercise every day.In the new year i will drink milk every morning.Because I think I am older and I need to be more athletic and know more knowlage so that I can do more good things for my country and my family in the future! And I hope that I will have a good new year in which classmate will all be friandly to me!
