On examining your goods, there are 7 cartons are broken, and the goods inside are badly damaged.
Attached please find the surveyor’s report. you will see these articles are seriously damaged, and it's caused by your poor packing of the goods .

Now we ask you to pay for the loss we suffered and the inspection cost total RMB5000,0.00 .
