如果禁用了下列服务，可能会发生此问题：
电话服务
远程访问连接管理器
远程访问自动连接管理器
依然是自己写的批处理，简单明了，把下面的保存成".bat"的格式就行了

要开启的任务比要求的3个多了点，只要是为了保障而已，不要的可以自己删除，我都有表明注释的了。
如果批处理里面有显示着 “RasMan” 错误1075：依存服务不存在， 或已标记为删除 的话，就要重启一次，然后再运行就行了~~呵呵，麻烦了点……
如果到现在都还是无法启动RasMan的服务的话就只能用我这备份的服务了，备份的是我现在机子上开启与关闭以及自动的服务，至于有多的自己删
依然像上面那样保存为 *.bat 的文件双击运行，然后就行了
