A: Hello ,B .I want to discuss with you that which factor do you think is more important for career ,knowledge or experience ?
B: I believe it is exprience ,an obvious evidence :nowadays most companies and factories want to take in employees with 2-3 years of working experience .Without that ,it will be very harsh to find a suitable job for us youngsters ,you know ,especially for those who just graduate from universities and colleges.
A: But I suppose that knowledge is probably more important than exprience .When you want to engage in professions such as computer software or machinery manufacturing or something like that ,you must grasp lots of professional knowledge in order to take on with that well ,and that concerns almost nothing about experience .
B: You must notice that in some practical professions such as landscape architecture ,you have to accumulate experiences to cope with designing ,drawing blueprints ,construction ,budget and final accounts ,even p2p relationships .So you can easily imagine that in those careers ,if you are older ,you are more powerful .
A: But what you say also needs knowledge in it ,at least if one can't even draw a picture well and knows nothing about landscape ,I'm afraid he can't just join in ,we call that kind of people "rookie" ...
B: To this account ,I've got an idea that different professions need different extend of knowledge and experience ,maybe practical ones need more experience ,but technical ones need more knowledge to sustend .
A: I share the same with you in that point :I remember that if you want to be an drawer or writer ,you only need to be well learned ,it's OK whether you have something like "experience" or not.
B: Yeah ,I suppose so ,too .So we youngsters just need to learn professional things well in universities ,that's enough ,and don't worry about the lack of practical experiences ,for we can make up it after we begin our career months or years later .
