Dong culture is a treasure for the chinese nation. Huai Hua has richful tourism resource of Dong culture. but it has many problems in the development, including lack of unified plan for developing tourist route and scenic spots, single constructure for tourist product, lagging method for tourism and product promotion ,shortage of tourism talent and low servicesation, no efficient protective measure for preserving appearance and environment of the spot. targeting these problems,this article analyzes these problems and raises developmental countermeasures.
in the development of Tong culture in terms of tourism, Huai Hua should uphold its advantages and avoid its disadvantages, proactively search for cooperation in area level,make full use of the unique natural resource and full-body national custom resource to promote the health and rapid development of tourism industry in Huai Hua and accelarate the well-off construction in Dong area.

Dong culture is a gem of Chinese culture. Dong Huaihua rich cultural tourism resources, but in the development of existing tourist routes, scenic spots develop a lack of unified planning, tourism product mix single; tourism promotion, marketing backward; tourism talent shortage-a-service low; scenic character and the environment is not effective protection and other issues, the article analyzes the existing problems and proposed the development of countermeasures. Cultural tourism development in Dong Huaihua should avoid weaknesses, and actively seek regional cooperation, make full use of the Dong areas of unique natural and rich folk customs and resources to promote healthy and rapid development of tourism Huaihua to promote the construction of the Dong area off the pace.

Dong minority culture is one precious of the Chinese culture. Huaihua is plenty of the tourism resources of Dong minority culture, but has the problem of being without unified plan of the tourism routes and the development of the scenic spots, insufficient tourism souvenir structure, and of being less-developed in sales promotion and the selling methods. There is shortage of the person with high-ability serving in tourism field and the service level is under the expectation of the tourist. The protection of the scenery and the environment of the scenic spots is a serious problem as well. This paper analyzes the present problems and provides the solutions. Huaihua should show its strong points and hide its weaknesses, which is to positively look for local cooperation and coordination, take fully advantage of the peculiar nature scenery and rich national cultural resources, and boost the development of Huaihua tourism on right way to speed the steps of the well-off structure of the local Dong minority community.
