Eyes are very important. How to protect our eyesight is a question. If you want to protect your eyes，you should pay attention to the following points.

First，We shouldn’t read books in the bed, because reading in the bed is bad for our eyes. We are advised not to read books under the sun, which does harm to our eyes. Besides，we shouldn’t read in the poor night, which does bad to our eyes ，too.

Second，We should protect our eyes. The best way to protect our eyes is to do eye’s exercises regularly，and we can keep our books neither too far nor close to our eyes. We can benefit from eating many fresh vegetables and fruits as possible.
