需要实现在网页中旋转图片的功能，ie11使用transform:"rotate(90deg)"可以实现旋转效果，但又必须在兼容性视图下运行，可设置成filter:"progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.BasicImage(rotation=1)"却不能旋转图片
