7. 如何提高小学生英语“写”的能力

小学英语写作能力的培养是通过各种写作活动的实施得以实现的。

在整个小学阶段,不同年段的教材虽在主题上是基本一致的,但内容与知识结构呈螺旋上升;相同年段教材虽然一致,但学生的知识结构和语言综合运用能力又存在着天壤之别。基于不同层面的差异,教师可以根据学生年段的不同、能力的不同丰富写作训练的方式,逐步充实写作内容。

1. 抄写抄写活动多用于写的训练的起始阶段,目的是让学生在巩固复习单词和句子的同时,掌握书写规范,如大小写、标点符号、单词间的空格等。抄写活动容易流干机械和单调,图片和故事的使用可以使抄写具有一定的趣味性和挑战性,使学生在机械抄写的同时要考虑所抄写内容的意义。

如:同时提供单词和图片,让学生找出相应的单词后正确填写在图片旁的横线上。又如:提供一篇小短文,让学生读完故事后找出问题中相应的句子写在横线上。

等等。2. 仿写仿写是教师运用较多的训练方式。

让学生对已学的句子进行仿写,以训练学生初步的写作能力,培养初步的写作意识。既可以让学生仿写对话,也可以让学生仿写短文,或让学生去仿写同龄人的优秀作品。

在模仿的同时,学生既掌握了语法结构,又增加了词汇,为以后的创作积累了大量的词汇和写作技巧。而且仿写有利于培养学生的想象力,发展学生的语言能力,让学生体验成功,建立写作的信心和兴趣。

4.续写。小学生有丰富的想象力和创造力,教师用故事导入,把主人公的经历一一呈现,然后呈现图片或关键词,随后让学生复述故事情节,最后通过小组或表格的形式把故事写出来。

5.命题作文。这是实际教学中用的最多的训练方式。

即给出学生作文题目,让学生根据自己的实际情况去写。每学完一单元后,都可以设计相应的命题作文,让学生按实际情况去写。

如学习“Hobbies”这一单元时,我给学生布置的题目是“My hobby/hobbies”,这是写关于自己的爱好,学生自然感到有话可写;又如在学习“Planning for the weekends”一单元时,先让学生在课堂内介绍,画好表格辅助,学生再动笔,就能胸有成竹了。
