There are there reasons.
Firstly,I am not intrested in my major.During the peroid of programming in the firm,I know that it is not suitable for me to do this work.And corssing major can let myself to find the direction.
Secondly,I want to be a professional management manager in the future.I cannot be competent to do management things owing to lack of knowledge and ability ,so I think further study is still urgent for me to realize self valur and I need to promtote myself.
Lasty,I hope to concentrate on study and research in XX university andxx is my first choic. I love the academic atmosphere.I hope to get each outstanding teacher's advice and help one day.

What's the reason of attend national post-graduate entrance examination for you?
There are three reasons for the question.Firstly,I am not interested in the courses of the university .Internship experience made me konw that I was not good at software witer.,but It is a better choice that a new earlier career direction by steping across a new major.Secondly, I am into management and I have already worked for a month at a small firm as an assistant of human resouses. I think that I am short of management konwledge and lack competition, so I hope myself go for further study and become a carrier manager before long.At last, I hope me educated very urgently and research management in a good environment .I hope I can gain help and guidance from every good teachers.

What is the reason for you to purchase Master degree?
Basically, there are three main reasons.

First of all, those core modules are not interesting for me. Also, I have done several internships and afterwards I realized that programing is really not suitable for me. Therefore I prefer to change my major now so as to help me determine my future career.

Secondly, I am very interested in managing. Since I have done one internship as a human resource manager in a small company for one month, this experience made me realize that I am lacking professional knowledge in management and thus is of less advantages than my fellow colleagues. Hence now I wish to go for further study and hopefully will become a manager after my graduation.

Last but not least, a good learning environment is so precious for me, so that I can focus on research in management. And XX university is exactly that kind of place that I can pursue my dreams here.
