Hello， everyone！ I am glad to be here to give my speech． I think you must know the A （H1N1） flu is spreading around the world． Many people get sick with the flu． So we must try our best to prevent the A （H1N1） flu． We should get enough sleep． For middle school students， we should have eight or nine hours’ sleep． We should eat more healthy foods like fruit and vegetables． We should do more exercise to keep healthy． We can run， play ball games and so on． We should wash our hands with soap regularly （经常）． We should keep the air clean in the room． We should try not to go to public places where there are many people． We should wear a mask if we have to go to a crowded （人员密集的） place ． If we have a fever， we should go to see a doctor． We should not put ourselves under too much pressure （压力）． Let’s work together to prevent the A （H1N1） flu！ Thank you！
