How to deal with stress in college?

Once you go to college,you can feel mass of stree because of fierce competition.So we need to learn how to deal with stress properly.
Firstly,It is normal to have stress.Not just in college,you will find stress in a family ,at work etc.So don't panic with stress.

Secondly,learn healthier way to cope with stress physically.We all respond to stress differently.Smoking,drinking,gambling can't help you controling stress.So,try listenning to music,talking to your friedns or family members,exercising are the healthier way to let you relax and feel like better.

Last but not least,treating stress with mental activitie.You need to avoid negative thinking.Stay positive and say something positive to yourself .Believe in youself.
Last,nothing stops you to seek help from a doctor.
