意义几乎一致。25:28那里用的是否定式：没有约束、放任、不控制。16:32则是肯定式，正面说。感觉大可不必为此纠结。
【箴16:32】[和合本] 不轻易发怒的，胜过勇士；治服己心的，强如取城。
[ASV] He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty; And he that ruleth his spirit, than he that taketh a city.
[ISV] Whoever controls his temper is better than a warrior, and anyone who has control of his spirit is better than someone who captures a city.
