2008,I Can Do It!!! 2008，我能行！！！

2008 has finally come ! This is the year which all Chinese have been longing for .We are so excited because our motherland is going to host the Olympic Games for the first time ever and it will make the dream of many Chinese generations come true .
In this remarkable year,there will be a lot of great events which are certain to be recorded in Chinese History .So I'm greatly honored that I can have the opportunity to experience this spectacular event.
Though we are facing many difficulties , I believe that we can overcome them no matter how hard they will be because as we all know Chinese people have never been frightened by any difficulties in our history .So , in the year 2008, YOU CAN DO IT,and SO CAN I !!

2008年，中国人梦寐以求的一年终于来了！举国上下，一片欢腾。我们为我们的祖国能够第一次举办世界奥运会而感到无比的骄傲、自豪.奥运会在中国的举办，将了却几代中国人的梦想。
在这一非凡的一年，注定将会有许多重大事件发生并被载入中国历史。我很荣欣我能够亲生经历这段不寻常的历史。
虽然我们还面临一些困难，但是我相信我们必定会克服它们因为历史上的中国人从来没有被困难所吓倒。我坚信，2008，你行，我也行！

Some tourists in the Chicago Museum of Natural History are mar-veling at the dinosaur bones. One of them asks the guard,"Can you tell me how old the dinosaur bones are?"
在芝加哥博物馆自然历史博物馆里，有些游客很惊奇看到那些恐龙的骨头，其中有一个游客问看守的人说“你能不能告诉我这些恐龙的骨头有多老了”？

The guard replies, "Sure.They're sixty-five million,four years,and six months old."

The guard answers,"Well,they were sixty-five million years old when I started working here, and that was four and a half years ago."

I have a good friend in my school. Her house is not far from mine. We often go to school together. She is very beautiful and lovely. No matter when you see her, you can see her sweet smiling. In her spare time, she always does sports or joins the dancing team. She likes different kind of sports. for example, swimming, do the gym(做体操）and so on. I think we can be friend for ever.
