应该区别不大。但是cinema 多用作只放电影的地方。而theatre原意指”剧院“，指那些可以进行话剧，戏曲、音乐会、芭蕾舞剧等演出的地方。如果要用theatre表示电影院，一般用 movie theatre.在前面加上电影。
