英文中没有这样的表达，太low了是中式英语。
太土了表达：
1、suck 是一个万用词，它表示“天啊太糟糕了”，“真差劲”，“太烂了”，“好土”，实用性非常强。
Welcome to the real world, it sucks, but you are gonna love it.欢迎来到现实世界，它糟糕的要命，但你会爱上它的！
2、This is not very good.这不太好。/ 这个很一般。这是一个相对委婉的说法。
3、countrified意思是头脑简单地、乡村的、土里土气的。
