so much 可单独用，也可以后面接名词。
但much是代词，不可以修饰形容词或者副词。追答

所以so much nervous 错了。同理so much fast 也不对。

单独用 : The wine is so much that we can't drink it any more.

接名词：There is so much water that we can't get to the bank.
