有confusion,一般会用 There be 句型：
There is some confusion about how the system works.
There is still some confusion as to the time of the meeting。

看你想注重表达什么了，你要想真说不解，可以说这个，但是这要用名词，confusion, 你也可以说i'm confused or, this is confusing, 但我听老外经常说，i'm just wondering..... 这个更普遍点
