given做考虑到……讲时是介词，后面接名词，或者Given （the fact）that……
considered做考虑到……讲时是动词，后面一定要加that构成从句
举例分析：
Given his age, he's a remarkably fast runner.
考虑到他的年龄，他跑的速度（应该算）是很快的。
Given (the fact) that a prospective student is bombarded by prospectuses, selecting a suitable course is not easy.
考虑到一个未来的学生要收到大量课程宣传资料的轰炸，选一门合适的课程并不是件容易的事情。
Considered that he is very young, it is a difficult matter for him.
考虑到他还小，这对他而言未免太难办了
