关于there be 句型的语法问题

做作业时遇到几个题 有几个点不明白 恳请哪位大侠赐教
1.表示计划中的聚会是用there is going to be 还是will be
⑴There (A)a talk about American country music in our school tonight.
A.will be B.is going to be
⑵There (B)be a class meeting this afternoon
这两个题中a talk 和a class meeting 不是一样吗?
为什么答案给的不同呢
2.there be后跟并列主语 be 应该是复数还是单数
⑶There（A）an apple and ten bananas on the table
A.is B.are
我记得是只有用with连接的时候才看紧跟的名词
老师说叫就近原则

关于 be going to 和will 用法的区别你可以在网上搜到N多解释.偶就不想在这罗列了.个人觉得主要区别如下:
be going to 表示事先经过考虑的打算、计划、意图.
will则用以叙述某件将要发生之事。
前者含有主观意愿；后者只是客观的叙述。

二.在"there be" 句型中 "be" 动词用单数形式还是用复数形式，由与其最靠近的用作主语的名词的数来决定。例如：

(1)There is a pen and a pencil in the pencil-box.

(2)There are two apples，an orange and some bananas on the table.

(3)There is some money in the purse (注意:因为"momey"不可数所以"be "用单数形式,因此也符合就近原则,some后面可加可数名词（复数）也可加不可数名词)
