白砂糖 1茶勺

准备材料,一人份量
①面条:准备的是所谓的上海面条…我也不知道上海面条和其他挂面有什么区别…这个可以根据个人喜好调整,宽扁的,绵细的,我都试过,都不错。
②酱汁:酱油+糖,3大勺酱油,1茶勺糖。这个调的时候你可以自己试,喜欢甜的可以稍多一些糖。
③葱:切长段,英国的葱比较粗…可以再切开

煎葱,热锅后倒入油,油热后就可以把葱放进去小火慢煎。煎到差不多右边这个成色,葱焦黄。

倒入酱汁,煮到冒泡泡。此时可以适量的再加一些水或高汤
