五花肉切条,炒锅放少许油,将五花肉放入翻炒,将油逼出来,然后盛起备用。

猪肉碎和五花肉都不要选太肥的,要不然油太多很腻的,酱油的量根据大家口味酌情添加,中途尝一下味道就行啦
