签证邀请函写法

有朋友想来中国玩，我找了个公司愿意帮忙出具邀请函，想要在中国停留至少半年到一年，谁给出个主意写一份邀请函，但是不要让该公司承担太多责任，毕竟人家只是帮忙，太过分的话人家也许就不帮了。
