1.是的。可以省略THAT

哪里不明白滴说。。。不要被逗号误导哦，楼主，这是假象，假象来着。
15kgs,in weight---这里的IN 表示在什么方面。中文翻译的时候会直接省略。
如果一定要翻译出来，就是“在重量方面少于15千克”，但是如果这样翻译，虽然不会扣分，就是会被我笑掉门牙（除非你在月球，不然没人会怀疑这个是质量单位吧）。。。把句子整理如下：
according to ISO standard,products （that are less than 15kgs这个定语从句肯定晓得） should only have a drop test height of 1 meter（,which is the same as our drop test standard.这个成分也应该晓得）
所以，就明白啦啦啦啦

简单滴说，no 是大大滴，决然滴否定，not 则留有余地。我们应该向NOT学习，太绝对不应该啊不应该。NO=NOT ANY

说的更简单一点，楼主记住。NO是修饰名词的。NOT才可以修饰形容词。句子里的NO其实是修饰ISSUE这个名词，而不是REMARKABLE这个形容词。明白了不？

当然如果楼主打死都要用NOT，那么就委屈remarkable一下，后置吧。
