As my EDC（expected date of confinement) (时间） is approaching, in order to avoid bringing troubles to works and colleagues, hereby asking for maternity leave from 8th. Oct. According to company policy, the maternity vacation should be 128 days, i will be expected back to work on 11th. Feb. 2016. Hoping for your proposal!
