(select 联系电话 from students where name='胡国强') 这是一楼的答案，但是有点小的错误，就是查询出来的结果还有胡国强，这个是不应该的。所以这样写
create view
as
select * from students where 联系电话 in
(select 联系电话 from students where 姓名) and name<>'胡国强'

还可以使用自身连接查询。

create view
as
select S2.* from student s1，student s2
where s1.联系电话=s2.联系电话 and S1.name='胡国强' and s2.name<>'胡国强'
