With the popularization of computer applications and computer network technology, high-speed development, XML has now become a common data exchange format, and its platform independence, language independence, system independence, data integration and interaction to bring about a great convenience. This issue designed by XML parser to use Java programming language, it can be ported to other items of a Java Virtual Machine (JVM) of the operating system. The stream parser posed by identifying the word mark and give structured storage. When parsing error when the parser locate the state, set the lexical analyzer state, or deal with the contents of the document re-analysis (parameters cited the statement as part of the marker when the alternative text to replace reference to re-partition). And at the same time support the use of DTD to validate the document, namely, to ensure that XML documents conform to all the rules specified in the DTD.

Its' platform-independence, language-independence and system-independence has made greate convenience to data integrating and interoperating.
This subject designs a syntax analyzer of XML, which is coded by Java and can be planted to other operating systems with JVM. This analyzer stores the word stream through it's flag. When an error happened in syntax analyzing, locating the status of analyzer, resetting the status, or restarting the document(when referrence parameter is part of the flag declaration, replace the referrence and restore it) could be done.It's also supported that using DTD to validate the document, that's to ensure the XML document comply for all the rules specified in DTD.
