sound 后面一般是加形容词， 例如 that sounds great/fantastic! that sounds pretty good/nice!

sound like 后面确实可以加名词， 例如 that sounds like fun! 我刚刚在看《the bigbang theory》第一集快结束的时候正好也看到这么说。

我个人的意见啊，学英语不应该拘泥于“rules”, 即各种条条框框。我怎么知道sounds后面加什么，sounds like 后面又是加什么呢？无非就是听多了，大家都这么说，所以我也就知道这么说而已。不用刻意去记sounds like后面加名词还是动词，话说到嘴边的时候单词就从自己嘴里溜出来了，根本不会去想啥语法。 就比如你说“吃饭” 后面是加“了没”还是加“有没有”一样，你说话的时候需要去考虑语法吗？
