内容摘要：由于国家政策及民办学校自身方面的问题，民办学校在财务管理上主要存在缺乏国家政策支持、资金严重不足、经营者财务管理意识淡薄、企业财务核算制度不健全等问题，在现实生活中，一些民办学校的管理者甚至有挪用办学资金、乱收费、家族式管理、管理粗放等严重问题，严重阻碍了民办学校的健康发展。为了更好地发挥民办学校的作用，笔者建议采取国家出台相关政策、严格财务管理、加强外部监管力度、配备合格的财务人员等措施，提高民办学校的经营管理水平。
本文通过民办学校及财务管理的概念入手，分析民办学校在财务管理方面存在的种种问题，对它存在的误区提出有效可行的对策。
本文追求简洁明了的文风，以易于理解的知识加以说明，希望对我们国家的一些民办学校在实际管理中有些参考意义。

Synopsis：Due to the policy of our country and the problems of voluntary school itself,there mainly exists some problems on the financial management of the voluntary school,including lacking of the support of public policy and funds,thin awareness of proprietors'financial management,morbidity of business financal system accounting and thus.In the real world,some voluntary schools'controllers even have the problems of embezzling operating expenses,irregular charges,family administration and extensive management thus which badly hinder the healthy development of the voluntary school.In order to better make a difference of the voluntary school,I advise take measures to raise the management levels of the voluntary school by related policies put forward by our country,strict management of financial affairs,strenghen the supervision of outer department and prepare eligible finamcial staff for it.

This article starts from the concepts of voluntary school and financial management,analize the problems exist on the aspect of financial management of the voluntary school,and put forward effective countermeasure to its existence.

This article runs after brief style of writing and add some explainations to be easily understood.I hope that it can have some meaning of consultation to some voluntary school of our country.

abstract: As the national policies and private schools' own issues, the problems mainly in private schools' financial management are lack of national policy support, a serious shortage of funds, the operator's weak awareness of financial management, corporate financial accounting system is not perfect and so on. In the real world, Some private schools' school administrators even has misappropriation of funds, arbitrary charges, family management, extensive management and other serious problems, which seriously hindered the healthy development of private schools.
