Wireless internet @ $10 per week is available to you for research, homework, conversations with family, email etc.
Movie/games etc should not be download without permission from your host. Please be aware that once the monthly
usage is reached then internet speed will be slowed down by the internet Service Provider until the next monthly period
begins.
Conditions
Four weeks homestay fees in advance.
The minimum stay is two weeks and homestay money paid for this period is non-refundable.
Two weeks notice in advance must be given to the host and paid in full if the student wishes to vacate. If the student vacates
earlier than the two weeks notice required, no refund will apply to that notice of period.
24 hours notice for tour groups or courses running 4 weeks or less in total or students that have
booked for a four week stay in the homestay.
If the student wishes to vacate and the correct notice is given, any unused homestay fees will be refunded to the student by
Taylors College.
Breakfast and lunch (sandwiches) are self serve and dinner is prepared by the homestay
Victoria is experiencing a 12 year drought and water levels are critically low. Water restrictions are currently in place to address
the shortage. The State Government has advised that showers should be limited to one shower per day of four minutes duration.
Many households including our Homestay hosts have chosen to impose this limit in their homes.For more information please see

You will need to check with your hosts to see if you personal items such as computer, laptop, mobile, translator and cameras are
covered by their home and contents insurance. As policies vary from company to company it is important that you check with
your host on arrival. If you are not covered by their police you will need to take steps to take out your own cover.
