我在某个服装专卖店里做销售的，因为经常有老外到店里买衣服，而且一次就买几千块的，我有几个女同事英语都不错，所以只能经常叫她们来帮忙，而我的英语水平太差了，所以现在想学一些简单的销售方法，请各位高手帮忙一下，谢谢！帮我把我下面打出来的字一句句的翻译一下，要准确一点的，按照我打出来的顺序翻译成英文字母就可以了，然后我用金山词霸把翻译出来的英文读出来，那样就可以学到的了.
1.先生/女士，随便看一下服装.
2.价格（1-10那些就不用了,）：比如两个数之后是怎么读的？还有百位数，千位数，也就是说1，然后11呢？接着111..是每个数的后面加个T吗？比如:99(ninty-ninth)这样..
3.关于裤子的码数那些，27码开始算起到38码.
4.关于鞋子的39-43.
5.休闲裤、外套、西装、衬衫、皮带、鞋子、之类的怎么读？
6.就是老外如果要问现在几点了，请帮我把24小时的时间翻译一下.
7.老外问厕所在哪？我的回答:前面左转再向右边直走.
8.请慢走
9.请到收银台付款.
10.就是如果到我收钱的时候，比如货品一共1500的话，那应该怎么说..

1. 对于老外来讲，走进店里，服务员是不会说“随便看一下服装”的
开场是要问候Hey, how are you today? 你今天怎么样。这句话不是一定需要回答的，就当成你好的意思。
然后要问Are you looking for something special today? 或者 Do you have something special in mind? 问他们有没有预定的购物计划
如果有，就要领他们去找他们想要的
如果没有，就要介绍一些你觉得他们可能会感兴趣的，new arrival啊，special offer啊，Best selection啊，most popular of the season啊之类的

2. 价格。比如说$12.34，读成twelve thirty-four，
$456.78读成Four fifty-six seventy-eight。这是很口语的说法，你要把hundred加上也可以，完整的就是Four hundred fifty-six dollards and seventy-eight cents

$2345.67读成twenty-three forty-five and sixty-seven cents，不过有时候会有歧义，所以也可以说twenty-three hundred forty-five dollards and sixty-seven cents。注意这里是“23百”而不是“2千3百”。同理上万的话就要说几十几千+几百几十几。

3. 码数。我不知道你们店里是什么码，大中小还是数字？大中小就是large,medium,small，加大/加小是extra large/extra small。数字的话就是比如28号=size twenty-eight.
我这里比较常见的是算0、2、4、6、8这样的码，我不太清楚怎么换算

5. 休闲裤=pants，外套=coat或者outerwear或hoodie(运动外套)，西装=suit，衬衫=shirt，皮带=belt，鞋=shoe(s)，牛仔裤=jeans，背心=tank

6. 时间。最直接的说法，几点几分直接说数字就行了，比如1点25=one twenty-five，3点16=three sixteen，4点52=four fifty-two。整点就是数字+o'clock。

7. 厕所在哪。说不清数的话你就带他去。说Let me show me where it is.或者follow me please.

8. 没有“请慢走”的说法，倒是有请再来。Please come again. 别忘了说谢谢。

9. 请到收银台付款。Please pay at the cashier.
