自从电子式电能表从上个世纪90年代起在国内兴起应
用,到现在已有十多年的发展历史了,但由于受技术、应用推
广方面的影响,目前在市场上的占有率并不是很高。智能电
表是在此基础上,近年来才开发出来的实用功能更为丰富的
电能表,它具有一系列的优点和多种功能,是传统感应表不能
相比的。
1 智能电表的构成、原理及特点
原理
电子式智能电表,是在电子式电表的基础上,近年来开发
面世的高科技产品,它的构成、工作原理与传统的感应式电能
表有着很大的差别。感应式电表主要是由铝盘、电流电压线
圈、永磁铁等元件构成,其工作原理主要是通过电流线圈与可
动铅盘中感应的涡流相互作用进行计量的。而电子式智能电
表主要是由电子元器件构成,其工作原理是先通过对用户供
电电压和电流的实时采样,再采用专用的电能表集成电路,对
采样电压和电流信号进行处理,并转换成与电能成正比的脉
冲输出,最后通过单片机进行处理、控制,把脉冲显示为用电
量并输出。通常我们把智能电表计量一度电时A /D转换器所发出
的脉冲个数称之为脉冲常数,对于智能电表来说,这是一个比
较重要的常数,因为A /D转换器在单位时间内所发出脉冲数
个的多少,将直接决定着该表计量的准确度。目前智能电表
大多都采用一户一个A /D转换器的设计原则,但也有些厂家
生产的多用户集中式智能电表采用多户共用一个A /D转换
器,这样对电能的计量只能采用分时排队来进行,势必造成计
量准确度的下降,这点在设计选型时应该注意。
112 特点
由于采用了电子集成电路的设计,再加上具有远传通信
功能,可以与电脑联网并采用软件进行控制,因此与感应式电
表相比,智能电表不管在性能还是操作功能上都具有很大的
优势。
(1) 功耗:由于智能电表采用电子元件设计方式,因此一
般每块表的功耗仅有016w~017w左右,对于多用户集中式
的智能电表,其平均到每户的功率则更小。而一般每只感应
式电表的功耗为117w左右。
(2) 精度:就表的误差范围而言, 210级电子式电能表在
5%~400%标定电流范围内测量的误差为±2% ,而且目前普
遍应用的都是精确等级为110级,误差更小。感应式电表的
误差范围则为+ 0186%~ - 517% ,而且由于机械磨损这种无
法克服的缺陷,导致感应式电能表越走越慢,最终误差越来越
大。国家电网曾对感应式电表进行抽查,结果发现50%以上
的感应式电表在用了5年以后,其误差就超过了允许的范围。
(3) 过载、工频范围:智能电表的过载倍数一般能达到6
~8倍,有较宽的量程。目前8~10倍率的表成正为越来越
多用户的选择,有的甚至可以达到20倍率的宽量程。工作频
率也较宽,在40HZ~1000HZ范围。而感应式电表的过载倍
数一般仅为4倍,且工作频率范围仅为45~55HZ之间。
(4) 功能:智能电表由于采用了电子表技术,可以通过相
关的通信协议与计算机进行联网,通过编程软件实现对硬件
的控制管理。因此智能电表不仅有体积小的特点,还具有了
远传控制(远程抄表、远程断送电) 、复费率、识别恶性负载、反窃电、预付费用电等功能,而且可以通过对控制软件中不
同参数的修改,来满足对控制功能的不同要求,而这些功能对
于传统的感应式电表来说都是很难或不可能实现的。
2 智能电表的功能应用
根据本人设计的一些工程实例,对不同工程特点、不同用
电性质、不同使用场所,如何合理地选用不同功能特点的智能
电表,做些粗浅探讨。
