have 不是一个疑问词，绝对不可以放在问句开头像what，when，why.... 那样用。你如果想表达“你有没有...？”通常只能用：“Do you have.......” 以have开头的问句只会也只能在“现在完成时”中，如：Have you watched the movie which was called “Titanic”? “你有没有看那部叫做‘泰坦尼克号’的电影”？
