表示与过去事实相反的情况

从句：If + 主语 + had + done

主句：主语 + should/would/might/could + have done

2、选 B

从词法上讲, hope 后面不可以接A 和 C 这两种形式，而 D 的时态不对

3、选 B

句型：It's high time sb. did（或者should do，should不能省略） sth.

4、选 B

当句子的主语是suggestion, proposal, idea, advice, order, demand等表示“提议，建议，命令”这类名词时，后面跟的从句要用“（should） + 动词原形”的结构，而这里是省略了should，直接跟的动词原形的形式。

可是你翻翻语法书，这个就相当于套公式呀，也就是我上面的解释，而且这个也不是错综时间虚拟语气啊。A、B其实其实是一样的（忽略你上面打错的，B选项应该是would make，D选项应该是had made吧）。
