铁锅表面有污物,用钢丝球刷洗掉的不只有污物,还会有锅体本身的材质,所以觉得清洗不干净。
可以将铁锅用清洗剂处理后进行开锅,这样锅体能处理干净,且不易生锈。
1、锅体用洗涤剂刷洗一遍,用清水冲洗干净。

2、将铁锅放在火上烘干水分,注意锅边四周也要加热。

3、用筷子夹住猪肥肉,依旧开火源,将肥肉在锅体内不停摩擦。

4、此时会有油烟冒出,肥肉经过炼化不断出猪油。

5、猪肉达到一定量时停住蹭锅。

6、将锅中的油倒出,用开水冲洗干净锅体,注意,重复步骤3-6,一共蹭锅3次。

7、最后一次蹭锅完毕后,依旧用开水涮锅。
