If I were the headmaster , I would take measures to reduce the heavy burdens of students and improve teachers' treatment.
First , I would require teachers to give students less homework so that students would have more time to take part in after-school activities and take more exercise .
Second , I would announce that students had no classes on the weekend . In my school we have classes even on Saturday and Sunday . As a result , both teachers and students are very tired . Having no classes on the weekend can let teachers and students have a good rest and refresh themselves .
Finally , I would increase teachers' salary . Nowadays, the prices of everything go up rapidly while teachers' income doesn't increase . If we want teachers to work hard and effectively , we should first improve their economic conditions . Only when teachers feel happy can they make greater contributions to society .

i want to be a sailor. i want to be a singer. i want to be a statesman. i want to be a doctor. this is what we dream during our children's time. but nowadays, we are no longer young kids. we are studsents in middle school.

firstly, i think i should call for their patriostism to our motherland. we should love our motherland. we should prostect our motherland.
what i would do next is to improve the study enviroment of our students. then the students can study better and do their best.

It is the common sense that the headmaster is the school leader,who influnence the whole school. So,to be a qualified headmaster is a great challenge for everyone. If I were the headmaster, I would listen listen to each reasonable comments and as far as possible to achieve them. As we konw self-questioning is important as well,which will help people to improve
them. So If were the headmaster I would make self-questioning regularly. In addition student
are principle of school, so If the headmaster want to manage effectively then the headmaster
should learn to communicate with students. No matter how you say,if I were the headmaster
