We shouldn't hold birthday parties
In China, the communicative competences of the middle-school (or high school) students are greater and greater. Some students started to make birthday party. Because some student think birthday party can help the students improve the communicative ability and friendship, but have some problems. So,I think we shouldn't hold birthday parties.Here are my reasons.
First, this birthday party for students is a waste of parents' money. Some students may buy some expensive presents for friend who have a birthday party. We are incapable of earning money, so we spend our parents' wages on the present. Second, this is a waste of time. It costs not only so much time and energy to hold a party, but also influnce our study. Third, this is easy to get into bad habits of smoking and drinking.
The above is my reason.All in all, we shouldn't hold birthday parties.It can let we don't like study.Let we don't waste time!Let we study hard!

Nowhere in the world has the issue of children's education been so much debated as in our society. In China, the communicative competences of the middle-school (or high school) students are greater and greater. Some students started to make birthday party, because they enjoyed the happiness from get-together and the satisfaction of being surrounded by friends.
Although, birthday party help the students improve the communicative ability and friendship, the following problems appear from it. First, birthday party for students is a waste of their parents' money. Some students may buy some expensive presents for their friend who have a birthday party. They are incapable of earning money, so they spend their parents' wages on the present. Second, it is a waste of time. It costs not only so much time and energy to hold a party, but also influnce their study. Third, it is easy to get into bad habits of smoking and drinking. Forth, some impoverished students feel annoyed of party like this.
Actually, the main task of students is to acquire knowledge in Chinese education. The disadvantages of birthday party held by middle-school (or high school) students are more than the advantages of it. For students, the best wishes between the friends are the most precious, such as a word of "Happy Birthday". Besides, the birthday card or electronic greeting card is also a right choice. It should not be encouraged to have birthday party among middle-school (high school) students in China.
