一、 拆机方法(注意事项):

二、维修方法
1、死机:
① 在电池正负极两端引出正、负两条引线,将稳压电源调至3.7V左右,长按POWER开机钮开机并同时观察电流表有无启动电流,如无电流则检查POWER贴片开关有无假焊或损坏;再测量POWER开关连接“VIN”端有无3.7V左右的电压,若无电压或电压低则检测Q4 有无损坏,R102、R103有无损坏开路;仔细查明原因更换不良元器件;
② 长按P0WER开机钮开机,瞬间电流在80mA-140mA,但松开后又回到初始状态,此时首先检测是否是MP4整机的驱动程序丢失。如条件允许可从同型号的好机上拆下FLASH内存IC予以更换确认或重新升级试之。升级方法参照升级说明书。
③ 如更换FLASH内存IC或更新程序后任未改善,用万用测量U6、U17及U1 IC各引脚是否通路,用万用表检测各IC引脚的对地阻值是否正常,各供电脚有无开路,测量是否有短路或开路的不良现象;
④ 长按POWER开关开机,电流表显示大电流(在150mA-300mA),此故障现象的原因多为主机的后级供电电路与地短路或电源稳压输出电路有异常造成,此时先检测主机的各级供电如:1.8V、3.0V对地有无短路或阻值变小,如发现电阻变小或短路,应逐级断开各稳压IC及供电电感,同时测量该级电路的对地电阻有无变化,当在断开某级电路后电阻回复正常时,应重点检测该级电路的相关元件有无击穿、漏电、损坏等;如果检测到1.8V供电电路对地电阻变小或不正常,则先断开 L14 2.2UH电感,检查是否本级短路,并测量负载端电阻是否正常,如为负载电阻异常,则检查C2、C3、C4、C5、C6、C68、C78、C84、C90、BC6、U16 TVP5150和U1 SPMP3052A是否不良或漏电等;如1.8V 供电正常,再检测U12稳压IC输出的第5脚3.0V供电对地电阻有无短路或阻值变小,如阻值变小或短路则拆下稳压IC测量负载端对地电阻;如对地电阻不正常则检测C1、C10、C12、C14、C28、C29、C33、C71、BC4、BC8、BC10、BC11、BC12、BC13、BC14、U1、U2、U3(显示屏)、U6、U17等相关电路元器件有无损坏或短路的现象;仔细查明原因更换不良元器件;(注意:由于某些用户在插SD卡时手法不当,导致将SD卡的弹片插变形而造成VDD、VCC、供电与GND短路,在维修时要特别留意此处故障)应将电感L4拆下再测量;如3.0V 供电正常,再测测U13稳压IC输出的第5脚3.0V供电对地是电阻有无短路或阻值变小,如阻值变小或短路则拆下稳压IC测量负载端对地电阻;如对地电阻不正常则检测C7、C8、C9、C74、C75、C93、U1、U13、U16等相关电路元器件有无损坏或短路的现象;仔细查明原因更换不良元器件;
⑤ 如1.8V与3.0V无短路或阻值变小现象,再检测“VBAT”正极对地阻值是否变小或短路,正常正向电阻应在50K-70K左右,如BAT+端无短路迹象,阻值正常;再检测电源电路C60、C61、U15、Q3等相关电路有无存在异常,查明原因更换不良元器件;
