都是定语从句，先行词是名词或者代词，第一句用which，第二句用in which，主要的原因在于从句谓语. visit sp. visit是及物动词，visit the house 即可，which指代先行词the house. 而第二句，live 不及物，表达方式应为live in the house 所以变为live in which， in which 提前就变成这样了。
