准备材料:鸡皮250g、面粉3大勺、太白粉1大勺、胡椒盐适量、料酒适量、盐适量、香油适量、蛋清1个。
1、先将鸡皮清洗干净,用夹毛器把鸡皮的毛细孔残留污垢去掉。切成大小一样的块。

2、把洗好的鸡皮用料酒,盐,香油,放入一个蛋清和适量的白面调匀,腌制半小时拌匀。

3、在锅子里加入适当的油、开火、加热。

4、中火烧热锅中的油,待烧至六成热时将加工好的鸡皮放入锅中,中火炸4-5分钟,待表面呈金黄色捞出。再次入锅复炸一次。
