一、含义不同
Port of loading
n. 装货港；起运港。Port，n. 港口。 loading，n. 装入；载荷；填充物。动词load的现在分词。
Port of Discharge
n. 卸货港。Discharge，v. 排出；释放；解雇；放电；解除；清偿债务。n. 卸货；释放；发射；放电；准许离开；排出物。
Place of receipt
接货地点。Place，n. 地方；地位；职位；获奖的名次。v. 将（某物）放置；安排；订货；寄托；辨认；获得名次。receipt，n. 收据；收条；收到。v. 出收据。
Port of Delivery
交货港；目的港；交货港口。Delivery，n. 传递；交付；递送；分娩；转让；演讲姿态；投球。
二、用法不同
Port of loading
port的基本意思是“港口”“海港”，主要指人工港，可供各种船只停泊装卸货物，乘客上下船之用。port引申还可表示“港埠”，即有港口的城镇。与表示地名的专有名词连用时专有化，首字母大写，如Port Said塞德港。

Port of Discharge
discharge的基本意思是指把处于限制、管事下或处于某范围内的人或物释放出来；也指从一出口或出气道流出，射出，放出； 还可指财务上的支出与结算。discharge可用作不及物动词，也可用作及物动词。用作及物动词时接名词或代词作宾语。
