Before the formal internship, I have always thought that came to the bank customers, is a direct dialogue with the counter staff, for operational requirements, the hall managers do not understand what is the use, but after the past few days with Wang Jingli in the lobby of internship, I gradually Understand the importance of business lobby.
In the lobby, there are several aspects of the tasks:
1. Customers fill out the correct guidance documents, the need for a firm filled out the documents until the customer filled out correctly, the copy of the ID card to help them better copy.
2. Answering customer advice, some customers will be asked to lobby on some business matters, such as how to transfer fees, and so on.

I do not have these two days to do some actual work, mainly with the manager is understanding, learning business lobby, how to answer client queries, how to deal with problems encountered in the work.
For me, this two-day biggest challenge is the need to stand all day, and the customers at all times maintain a smile. Banks also are a service industry, requirements employees to customers must be very polite and thoughtful, counter staff to stand inside, their hands, handed documents. Client manager has to stand up to answer customer questions and solve customer problems, regardless of their attitude, more and more tired or not, we should always keep a smile. This is really a very difficult work!!
