在正式实习之前,我一直认为客户来到银行,就是直接与柜台工作人员对话,办理所需业务,并不了解大堂经理有什么用,但经过这几天跟着王经理在大堂实习,我才渐渐了解大堂业务的重要性。
在大堂,主要有几个方面的任务:
1.指导客户正确填写单据,把办理某项事务所需要填写的单据直到客户填写正确,该复印身份证的也要帮他们复印好。
2.回答客户咨询,有些客户到大堂会问一些业务上的事情,比如转账如何收费等等。
3是维护大堂秩序,实现客户分流,减轻柜台人员压力。
这两天我并没有做一些实际的工作,主要就是跟着经理了解、学习大堂业务,如何解答客户疑问,如何处理工作中遇到的问题。
对于我来说,这两天最大的挑战就是需要站立一整天,并且对客户时刻保持微笑。银行也属于服务行业的一种,要求员工对顾客一定要非常礼貌周到,柜台里面的员工要站立,双手递给客户单据。客户经理一直都要站立着回答顾客的疑问,解决顾客的难题,无论自己多累或者客户态度多不好,都要始终保持微笑。这真的是一份十分辛苦的工作呢。

Client manager has to stand up to answer customer questions and solve customer problems, regardless of their attitude, more and more tired or not, we should always keep a smile. This is really a very hard work it.
