total number of containers and/ or packages(in owrds)subject to Clause 7 limitation ：天货物的包装件数、包装（如箱、件）
Declared Value Charge ：填货值，用于海关申报
NO. of Original B/L ：填正本提单号码
LaDEN ON BOARD THE VESSEY ：填装船日期（提单上的装船日期，或者是大船日期、到目的港的船的日期，主要看船公司及目的港海关规定）
