关于外贸函电翻译的几个问题。

1.Provided such drafts are drawn and presented in accordancc with the terms of this credit,wo hereby cngage with the drawers.endorsers and bona-fide holders that the said drafts shall be honored on presentation

2.we open an irrevocable L/C NO.846 in favor the seller,for acconunt of:ABC company,to the extend of:USD30000 only,this credit is available by beneficiary's draft(s),drawn on us,in duplicatc without recourse,at sight,for 100% of the invoice value

3. the seller shall be liable for any damage of the commodity and expenses incurred on account of improper packing and for any rust attributable to inadequate or impreper protective measures taken by the sellers in regard to the packing
