内容提要

随着我国公路运输事业蓬勃发展,公路运输人力资源管理中的问题也逐渐暴露出来,本质是对人的管理。因此,人力资源是公路运输的核心因素,实施科学有效的人力资源管理是保障公路运输的重要保障。针对目前我国公路客运企业人力资源管理存在的问题出发,摸索导致问题存在的原因,即对人力资源认识不够清晰、部门职能权限不足、自身人力缺失、内部领导缺失等,阐述人力资源管理的必要性,借鉴国外优秀人力资源管理经验,提出国内公路客运企业应当提高人才招聘的科学性、加大对人才的培训力度、建立科学的人员岗位分配和增强企业文化氛围等几项措施。

Along with our country road transportation enterprise vigorous development, the highway transportation problem also gradually exposes in human resources management. Essentially, it is the management of people, therefore, human resource is the core of the highway transport factors. The implementation of scientific and effective human resource management is the safeguard to guarantee highway transportation. Focus on the present problem of highway passenger transport enterprise human resources management in our country, grope for the cause of problems, namely the understanding of human resources is not enoughly clear. Department insufficient power, itself lack of working force, internal lack of leadership and so on, expounds the necessity of human resource management, using the experience of foreign excellent human resource management, put forward the domestic highway passenger transportation enterprises, should raise the scientific nature of the recruitment intensify of talent training, set up scientific personnel job allocation, and to enhance the several measures, such as the enterprise culture.
