多放几片老姜,还有鲜葱不用去根一起放水煮沸几分钟好了之后再加盐,因为我女儿老是感冒,我都用这种方法,但这只是一般治疗流涕\喷嚏很好,为什么加盐,盐是去寒,煮好就喝,趟下休憩,发一身汗就好啦,然后冲个热水澡,严重的多吃几次,祝你早日康复!

锅中放入适量的凉水,加入生姜2-3片,小火熬15分钟,加入适量的红糖再熬夜5分钟即可。

生姜切丝适量,加入一碗水,煮沸继续煎2分钟,然后加入红糖,煮到红糖溶化。
另外提醒您,如果是由热引起的感冒会适得其反,如果是风寒引起的喝姜汤会有效。
